If You Are Injured On The Job...
  1. Notify your employer of your injury within 10 days of the
    date of accident or the date you experience pain.

  2. Demand to see adoctor who specializes in treating your injury.

  3. In KANSAS, file a written claim (Form 15) with your employer
    within 200 days of the date of accident.

  4. In MISSOURI, file written notice within 30 days of the accident
    stating your name and address and the time, place and nature of injury.

  5. Consult your attroney before giving any written or recorded statements
    and before signing any documents.

If You Are Injured In An Auto Accident...
  1. Call 911 to report the accident.

  2. Obtain names of all witnesses.

  3. Cooperate with investigating officers, but do not admit or accept fault nor
    guess at speeds or distances.

  4. Consult your attorney before giving any written or recorded statements, except
    as required by investigating officers.

  5. Obtain insurance coverage information from other driver and report accident to
    your insuree.
