Ridge of Pennsylvania signed into law a bill (now Pennsylvania Act 67 of 1999) on December 16, 1999 that amends the Child Labor Law to allow 14 and 15 year old minors to work at golf courses so long as they are not permitted to serve or handle alcoholic beverages or work in any room in which alcohol is being served or stored.
